సముద్రపు నాచు extract
సముద్రపు నాచు extract biostimulants అనేవి marine macroalgae నుండి తీసిన concentrates — ప్రధానంగా brown algae (Ascophyllum nodosum), red algae (Kappaphycus alvarezii). ఈ కేటగిరీ సహజంగా ఉండే auxins, cytokinins, gibberellins, alginates, betaines, trace పోషకాలు అందిస్తుంది. ఇవన్నీ మొక్క పెరుగుదల, stress tolerance ను ప్రభావితం చేస్తాయి.

ప్రముఖ భారతీయ ఉత్పత్తి IFFCO Sagarika — CSIR-CSMCRI patented process తో, గుజరాత్ తీరం వెంట cultivated Kappaphycus నుండి తయారు చేస్తారు. Liquid (foliar), granular, humic-fortified grades లో దొరుకుతుంది.
పనిచేసే విధానం
సముద్రపు నాచు extracts పోషక ఎరువులు కాదు — plant biostimulants గా పనిచేస్తాయి. Hormonal balance ను modulate చేస్తాయి, వేరు పెరుగుదలను పెంచుతాయి, పోషకాల uptake సామర్థ్యం మెరుగుపరుస్తాయి, stress-response pathways trigger చేస్తాయి. వేడి, నీటి stress కింద betaines, alginates osmoprotectants గా పనిచేస్తాయి. సహజ phytohormones పూత, కాయ సెట్, grain development కు help. European Biostimulants Industry Council (EBIC) framework, భారతీయ FCO 2021 Plant Biostimulant Order కింద ఈ కేటగిరీ classed.
ఉపయోగం, డోసు
- Foliar స్ప్రే: liquid grade కి లీటర్కు 2.5-5 ml, vegetative-to-reproductive transition, ముందస్తు reproductive development వద్ద.
- Granular నేల ఆప్లికేషన్: ఎకరానికి 4-10 kg, basal లేదా side-dressing గా.
- Fertigation: పూత, కాయ సెట్ వద్ద డ్రిప్ ద్వారా ఎకరానికి 0.5-1 L.
వరి (Seaweed Extract Paddy), పత్తి (Cotton Biostimulant Flower Retention), మిర్చి (Biostimulants Amino Acid Seaweed), చెరకు, పప్పుధాన్యాలు, నూనెగింజలు, horticultural పంటల్లో వాడతారు.
భద్రత, రెగ్యులేటరీ
2021 amendment కింద FCO నోటిఫైడ్ plant biostimulant. ఫీల్డ్ రేట్ల వద్ద విషం లేదు, అనేక certifications లో organic-system use కు approved. ఎండిన చోట నిల్వ చేయాలి; liquid grades వాడే ముందు కదిలించాలి.
