GSM / IoT Remote Motor Starter

GSM లేదా IoT remote motor starter అంటే — Indian GSM network (Jio, Airtel, BSNL, Vi) ద్వారా single- లేదా three-phase irrigation pump ను on/off చేసే SIM-based controller. ఇది functionally Gsm Mobile Pump Starterకి equivalent. Indian మార్కెట్‌లో రెండు terms ను interchangeable గా వాడతారు.

పని

Controller — supply phase voltages, current draw monitor చేస్తుంది. Missed call, SMS, smartphone app ద్వారా on/off commands accept చేస్తుంది. Motor contactor ను నడిపిస్తుంది. Supply side current, voltage sensors తో wire చేస్తారు. Bore casing లేదా పంప్‌హౌస్‌లో dry-run probes ఉంటాయి.

డిజైన్, స్పెసిఫికేషన్లు

Starter — 230 V single-phase, 415 V three-phase supply అన్నీ accommodate చేస్తుంది. Standard protections — dry-run cut-off, overload, single-phase prevention, phase-failure detection, over/under-voltage protection. చాలా models — 5 scheduling timer windows వరకు support చేస్తాయి. Single-phase units retail ధర Rs 4,000-6,000.

నడిపే విధానం

Commissioning తర్వాత — mobile coverage ఎక్కడ ఉంటే అక్కడి నుండి cultivator పంప్ start/stop చేయొచ్చు. యూనిట్ — ప్రతి switching event, fault, supply restoration ను registered mobile number కు log చేస్తుంది. చాలా controllers — graphical monitoring కోసం smartphone app expose చేస్తాయి.
