FMC Coragen అనేది chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC ఫార్ములేషన్ యొక్క బ్రాండ్ పేరు. ఇది మొట్టమొదటి commercial anthranilic diamide పురుగు మందు. భారత్లో వరి, పత్తి, కూరగాయల ఉత్పత్తిలో అత్యధికంగా వాడే పురుగు మందుల్లో ఒకటి.

పనిచేసే విధానం
Coragen పురుగు ryanodine receptorsని activate చేస్తుంది, దాంతో sarcoplasmic reticulum లోని calcium కండరాల్లోకి అదుపు తప్పి విడుదలవుతుంది; ఫలితంగా తినడం ఆపేయడం, బలహీనత, paralysis. IRAC Group 28. ఈ మాలిక్యూల్ IPM-compatible — పురుగు ryanodine receptors మీద highly selective, చాలా benefitఇచ్చే arthropods మీద ప్రభావం తక్కువ. ఆకు cuticle నిమిషాల్లోనే పీల్చుకుంటుంది, spray కొట్టిన 2 గంటల్లో వర్షం పడినా rain-fastగా ఉంటుంది.
ఉపయోగం, డోసు
Standard recommended dose 60 ml/acre, 200 L నీళ్లలో:
- వరి: yellow stem borer, leaf folder (booting దగ్గర 60 ml/acre)
- పత్తి: bollworm, armyworm, Helicoverpa
- కూరగాయలు: టమాట, వంకాయ, మిర్చి, బెండలో fruit borer
- వేరుశనగ: పూత దగ్గర గొంగళి పురుగు కంట్రోల్కి 60 ml/acre — Ampligo (80-100 ml/acre) లాంటి ప్రత్యామ్నాయాలతో పాటు
చెరకులో top borer కంట్రోల్కి డోసు 160-200 ml/acreకి పెంచుతారు. Pack sizes సాధారణంగా 60 ml బాటిల్స్, ధర ₹800-850.
భద్రత, రెగ్యులేటరీ
Coragen "Caution" green-band toxicity classలోకి వస్తుంది. వరి stem borer, DBM మీద diamide efficacy కాపాడుకోవాలంటే label ప్రకారం Group 28 sprays సీజన్కి రెండింటికి పరిమితం చేయాలి; మధ్యలో generationsలో Broflanilide Exponus, Emamectin Benzoate, Triflumezopyrim Pexalon లాంటి సంబంధం లేని MoAsతో rotation చేయాలి.
